We first dived into identifying who our customers are and what they truly need through customer personas and value proposition design. Then, we moved on to explore how to reach them and build meaningful relationships using smart channels and strategies.
Through creative mapping, brainstorming, and role-play, our participants are now better equipped to deliver real solutions to real problems—especially those related to climate, environment, and social justice.
